I am only giving a one star to this business because of the guy who handles the calls. He is the most rudest and obnoxious man to deal with on the phone. The ladies that work hard to do eyebrows, chin, and upper lip do a good job. They probably even exceeded their time there, and who is to say that the man who is never seen talks nasty to his own employees. I called today on October 31, 2025 and was told that the business is permanently closed. While someone else called and the man tells them that they moved behind the Queens mall by a pizza shop. Why would he make up such story? And then has the audacity of telling me that the lady that used to work there out of the country meanwhile, he tells someone another story that they are still working at the business behind the pizza shop. Something suspicious about this business, and I know the man answering the calls must be behind it. Be cautious! It’s sad that I depended on this business, and enjoyed seeing the ladies working there who are kind. I hope that they find employment elsewhere, not working under that arrogant man..

Would give below zero if it was possible. Had a an allergic reaction to their products while doing an eyebrows tinting. The lady never made me awared of any risks of allergic reaction, meanwhile when I went to complain and asked to see the products it clearly states " this product can cause severe allergic reaction". When I went back the lady wasn't there so I spoke to her over the phone. She told me that she has been performing eyebrows tinting on many customers but never happened and it most likely not her product who has caused the reaction but something I did. I had to pay a doctor visit on top of medication( steroids and antibiotics). Owner refused to reimburse me. Unprofessionally uneducated staff. Do yourself a favor... Don't go there!

I went yesterday, sunday march 2 2025. First I waited more than 30 minutes for them to open. Second when I sat down i asked her for only threading, she tried to convince me that I should wax my face. I said no that I only wanted threading. I said it 3 different times. She first did my eyebrows (not the best...sloppy) and then she came over and placed the wax on me and said. "I'm going to do both wax and thread" I did not have an option even though I said THREADING ONLY. I personally don't like waxing because I always get a reaction afterwards...and today I woke up with pink dots all over my upper lip. I dislike bullies in businesses. She did what was beneficial for her and not the customer. I have always threaded my face because I have sensitive skin. I never get bumps after I threading my upper lip. I will NEVER return....I am sooo frustrated that this happened. It was 28 dollars down the drain. NEVER GO....THEY WILL NOT LISTEN AND DO WHAT THEY WANT. SO UNCOMFORTABLE
